Please note that when you schedule an appointment, that time is blocked off for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me directly via call, text or email. Or, you can cancel your scheduled appointment through the Simple Practice Client Portal. You must provide 24 hours notice or else you will be charged a $70 late cancellation/no show fee.

Upon scheduling your appointment, a link with paperwork will be sent to you to complete. Please complete this ASAP to guarantee that your spot is secured. If your paperwork is not complete within 24 hours of your session, we will have to reschedule the appointment.
